I was just wanting to get other peoples thoughts on the Glendale area. I was born and raised in Glendale and it was always looked down on. When you were telling people you lived in Glendale, they would reply, "California". I would then have to say no Phoenix or just outside of Phoenix.
Now we have the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Coyotes and the awesome West Gate area. The Western area is ready to be built up and is under way. The home prices are going up in the area and in my opinion, will continue as it gets more developed.
What are your thoughts or opinions on the Glendale area for the future with these palces being near?
I think it is great and couldn't be happier that Scottsdale did what ever they did to lose this along with Tempe. They both had chances and did not end up with them. Glendale, Arizona is now on the map.
Do you think it will become more upscale like the Scottsdale area or remain the average Glendale it has always been?
