WoodRanch and Cimarron Hills Danville Neighborhoods Market Update for 2013 thru June
WoodRanch and Cimarron Hills are adjacent communities off Camino Tassajara. These executive style homes were built between 1987 thru 1994. The homes in Wood Ranch were built on lot sizes approximately 6000 sq. ft. to 8000 sq. ft. The homes in Cimarron Hills are on much larger lots from 10,000 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft.
WoodRanch & Cimarron Hills Sales Activity for 2013
- WoodRanch Sales for 2013 thru June are up 8% as compared to all sales for 2012
- Cimarron Hills Sales for 2013 are up 6% as compared to all sales in 2012
Here is the trend for both Cimarron Hills and WoodRanch from 2009 thru June 2013
As noted WoodRanch experienced more of a drop in average sales prices than Cimarron Hills. 2013 numbers definitely show an upward trend for both WoodRanch and Cimarron Hills.
