If you've lived in the Tampa/Lutz area for awhile now, you've heard of the Cheval community and how it's a very nice area to live in. They provide "all kinds" of outdoor activities for both the adults and kids. These activities include two 18 hole Golf courses, a Health andTennis center with a 9 Har-Tru courts, fitness center, after school programs, a gourmet restaurant.
Along with the myriad of outdoor activities provided, also comes a great community to live in as well. The above mentioned activities will also create the perfect opportunity to get out of the house some and meet your neighbors. It's great to be able to know the people you live around and come together from time to time. We've lost that these days. People used to come together as a community and lots have places have lost that. Let's focus on making those bad communities good and making the good communities even better. It will not only make it safe for us but for our children as well.
