As you can clearly see from the chart above, sales in the Portsmouth NH market are on the upswing. Our market ‘bottomed out’ around 2009 and has been in a pretty slow but steady recovery since then.

Jim, the shape of your graph is similar to ours.  And our prices in some cities have actually exceeded their previous highs in 2006.   How large is Portsmouth?  It's where AR stager Sharon Tara lived.
