Morning Star Daylilies Special Saturdays. 105 Oechsle Road, Woodstown, NJ 08098 856-692-1776 www.morningstardaylilies.com. It is officially Summer and for Morning Star Daylilies that means the beginning of bloom season. It is early season now and within a few weeks it will be the peak of bloom season. Regular Saturday hours are from 10:00 to 4:00 Each of these Saturdays a featured lily will be given away.
This Saturday the feature lily is May May. This is a small bloom pale yellow lily. It's a very fragrant daylily. Its blooms are delicious - making great garnish for summer dishes. (all parts of the daylily are edible)
If Saturdays don't work for you just call and arrange a time to stop by. Lilies are sold in pots or fresh dug clumps. Over 5,000 lilies are planted in beds and another 1300 are in pots. There are plenty of lilies to choose from. Prices range from $5.00 to $15.00
Some varieties are available in quantity at wholesale prices. These are great for large area home landscaping or businesses.
I am also giving away some of my seedlings (unregistered lilies) to make room for this years. I will be posting pictures on Facebook as they bloom.
