Single Family Homes - there are a total of 107  active single family homes for sale, 71 listed below $1,000,000 with an average list price of $578,985, and ranging from $120,000 to $970,000. Also 35 active single family homes are for sale listed above $1,000,000 with an average list price of $3,058,114, and ranging from $1, 700, 00 to $14,950,000    To search your dream home for sale here



Condos – there are total 42 condos listed for sale, 38 are listed below $1,000,000 with an average price of $421,649, and ranging from $45,000 to $925,000.  Four active condos are listed above $1,000,000 with an average list price of $1,471,225, and ranging from $1,395,000 to $1,500,000   To search Condos for sale here



Villas – there are 2 villas listed for sale with an average price of $355,000 


Townhouses – only 1 townhouse is listed for sale with listing price of $107,000 


Manufactured/Mobile Homes – there are a total of 7 manufactured/mobile homes listed for sale with an average list price of $59,721 


Dock-Rackominiums – only 1 dock-rackominium is listed for sale with list price of $122,000


Lodges – only 1 lodge is listed for sale with list price of $35,000



May 2013 Real Estate Market Report

For the month of May 2013, the Osprey FL real estate market report shows that 26 properties sold. The average sold price was $138.99 per square foot with an average of 95 days on the market. The lowest sold price was $69,000 and the highest sold price was $900,000


Compared to last year the average sold price per square foot went up 3.03% from $134.89 to $138.99

Number of units sold went up from 22 to 26 in May 2013
