Weatherstone is a subdivision located in northern Westminster that features single family, 2 story, contemporary homes built from the late 1990s to the mid 2000s.  This community is with in the Adams County School District, and specific public schools for the area include Cotton Creek Elementary, Westlake Middle, and Legacy High School.

The Weatherstone community does have an HOA which provides a community clubhouse and swimming pool, trash and snow removal, ground maintenance and costs about $75 dollars per month.

 

 

4 homes in Weatherstone are currently for sale listed at an average of $693,475 or $184 per square foot.  These homes have been on the market for an average of 37 days and have 4-6 bedrooms, 3-5 bathrooms, 3 car garages and 3,305-4,660 square feet.

It is clear the real estate market in the Weatherstone community has fluctuated over the past few months.  Homes currently under contract were on the market significantly longer than those which sold during the months previous, and the price of homes currently for sale has risen drastically in comparison to those now under contract, and those which have sold in previous months.
