How to become a better realtor

How to become a better Realtor?

Let’s think of a real estate transaction as a dining experience.  When the service is extra ordinary, that enhances the perceived food quality, taste and experience. On the other hand, the opposite can happen. One can dine at a great restaurant and have a negative perceived value, quality and taste if the service is not excellent or acceptable based on the past experiences.

Agents must do their best to be available and respond quickly to their clients and counterparts. Most buyers and sellers are not familiar with the process and it is our job to educate them on the process by being patient, showing respect, kindness and behave professionally. Do not disregard their silly questions and make them feel ignorant. Do your job and be the best agent you can be by being available, funny, kind and patient.

If you love what you do, it is no longer a job. So get out there and make every experience a great one!
