It's that time of year again, TAX FREE WEEKEND!  If you are willing to brave the crowds and save some money this weekend is it.  Starting August 9th-11th, 2013 you can SAVE yourself about $8.00 on every $100 that you spend for back-to school items and school supplies.  This can add up to some BIG SAVINGS!

First time I have seen layaway apart of the tax free holiday.   A sale of a qualifying item under a layaway plan qualifies for exception if the customer places the qualifying merchandise on layaway during the holiday or makes the final payment during the holiday.

Stephanie-Having the layaway qualify is a great benefit. When I was a kid, lots of our stuff was put away on layaway.
