I must have had at least 200 calls from landlords wanting me to check the credit for their potential clients. And if the number of calls I have received is 200 then the number of times I've had to say, "I am not approved to do this and neither is, to my knowledge, any other bank or broker unless they are certified and licensed as a Credit Reporting Agency."
