Anita, Some very nice upscale homes, and quite the value relative to much of the country!  Those same homes would easily cost another $100k or more in our Cincinnati market.

Hi Anita, Mill Pond sounds like some of our nicer neighborhoods with bigger homes. They don't sell as fast because they don't fit everybody's pocketbook.

Mill Pond Subdivision in Warner Robins GA sounds like another great community. BTW we have a similar community name but ours is Mills Pond with much higher prices. Buyers, call Anita for all the details...
