Foreclosure Investing - So, How Is Business?

I sure hope that it is booming. If it is not you need to sit back and take a good look at both your business and marketing plans.

If you are involved in real estate investing, and I assume that you are, this is a perfect time to be an investor. With all the market turmoil and the general negativity being published by the media opportunities are everywhere.

Your negotiating is being done for you. Your customers know things are bad because they have been told so by TV and print media. All you need to do is get in front of them and present offers.

Now is the time to step up your marketing budgets and develop some new campaigns. I know of no person better than Dan Kennedy when it comes to creating effective marketing.  He is a legend.  You can now check out his new program for FREE. Yours in Success,

I have found the banks to be very dificult to deal with on a forclosure property.  There is a lawyer from one state, a bank from another state, an assett manager from another state all trying to practice law and practice real estate in Florida.  They need practice.

I recently had an offer on a foreclosed property, and the bank countered the offer at full price.  When I asked why was that done like that the asset manager stated that the investor comes as low as he can, so he was coming back as high as he could.  I thought that was crazy on a property that had no other offers let alone showings.  It is crazy, I tell you.

Yup,

I don't think the banks get it yet, I watch the auctions grow in inventory and wonder when they will get it.

Spend on advertising now as it will pay dividends in the future.

Take care!
