Equator system maintenance will begin on Friday 8PM PST and continue throughout the weekend, ending on Sunday the 21^st. All Equator websites will be unavailable. Customer Service will be available on a limited service during this time so we recommend that for non-critical issues, please contact us Monday, July 22nd. This maintenance is part of our continuing effort to enhance the system and provide the best possible products and level of service. We apologize for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause.

You need to stop the password changing and making it so hard for a client to contact you. I have been trying to reset my account all day, I am a platinum account holder and am supposed to get 1st on chat. I have had chat up for 3 hours without response. You need to give a phone number for support. Right now your customer service sucks
