Ivy Greene in Northampton township Bucks county 55plus community.

Ivy Greene is a lovely active adult community in Northampton township Bucks county . the taxes here are low and so are the home owner association dues.

I looked up the mls last night and found 3 listings of homes for sale.

There is a 12 year old home listed at $269,900. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a garage. 

There is a 2 bedroom home with a finished basement listed for $289,900. It is 10 years old

There is a house listed at $305,000

Gita, congratulations on this well priced property.  We don't have adult communities here either and there is definitely a need for them.  If someone would build a neighborhood for adults it would fill up quickly and have a waiting list.

Gita-That is one buying segment, over 55 (active young seniors), that is not really addressed in our area. We have one Del Webb community in the metropolitan area.
