I'm totally agree with Gary, #2:) about clustering together divorce and house selling. Last week we had a short sale listing appointment. Two ladies who bought a house on the peak, did not pay for last two years, were in fight......we left with nothing because they could not agree on anything( we just left a contract, so they hopefully sign it soon and we'll pick it up)
