Things haven't slowed down in the DC real estate market. In fact, it's the first summer in years where heat and vacations seem to make no difference. To be sure, I'm not complaining - but I'm also not getting to go to the pool with my kids!
If you want to chat a little, you can find me at our new listing in East Bethesda today (open 1-4 pm). It's a lovely, traditional brick colonial with a spacious renovated kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, and a fenced-in level backyard.
One thing is for sure -- we'll crank up the AC for you. And since this home's WalkSocore is a 94 (!), you'll be able to gat to about a zillion different places to pick up FroYo or a cold drink afterwards!
