A Truck With a House

Real Estate Agent with Dave Halpern Real Estate Agent, Inc., Louisville, KY (502) 664-7827

This sharp looking truck shows pride of ownership. The house does, too. We live in a great country that enables people to express their passions and display them proudly.

Ironically, the truck looks almost bigger than the house. There is a reason they're called monster trucks. The license plate reads 2BIG4U.

The picture was taken in Fairdale, Kentucky, a suburb just south of Louisville.

Wow, Dave.  It's obvious that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.  Gosh, I would never want to live in a home where I had to look across the street and see that "thing" so close.  I'm sure the owner loves his truck... but me... no thank you.

I would never use that picture to sell this house!! The truck makes the house seem tiny.

I agree with Carolyn as I would hate to buy a house and have to look at that truck everyday or a boat or RV. I like clean and neat streets and hardly anyone ever parks on my street thank goodness. It is a big truck but the house would look nicer without the truck in the picture.

Dave, that's a nice lookin' ride and a sweet tag.  I think it gets to go out and play in the mud sometimes too, that is, the truck, not the house!

You know, I'll bet if you sold the house with the truck as a package deal, you'd get a lot of takers in that part of the country:-)
