The wait is almost over … the first Colorado NextGen Home by Lennar will be unveiled at Lennar Leyden Rock in a matter of weeks. We have been amped up about this innovative housing project for months and were thrilled to see the start of a model being built today!
What is NextGen you ask? Well, it’s a home within a home. You see, Lennar is the first homebuilder in the nation realizing that some families need to move in together in order to help each out. Built in to the main home is a private mini-residence with a separate entrance that leads to a private bedroom, kitchenette, laundry room, and living room. You can choose to integrate this suite seamlessly into the main home or place an unobtrusive privacy door just inside the main residence to provide a bit more separation.
This home space is ideal for families who want to bring their parents back home, or for parents who want to bring their kids back home!
