If you are down in Vancouver during the week and feel like finding your inner peace, visit Canada Place for Waterfront Yoga every Tuesday & Thursday during the summer months (on now until September 12th) from 5:30-6:30pm. Certified Yoga instructors will teach a variety of classes and admission and mat rental is by donation benefiting Strathcona’s Food Security for Children. If you are in Vancouver on a Sunday be sure to check out the annual summer Food Cart Fest, this event runs until September 22nd every Sunday from noon to 5pm in Vancouver between Olympic Village & Cambie Bridge and admission is $2 (children 13 and under get in free).
