Staying Fit and Healthy as important as Following Up With Leads!

I'm as guilty as the next guy.  Letting "work" and "business" get in the way of my personal health and fitness.  I plan on exercising and before I know it - half my day has gone by and I'm going from appointment to appointment, only to find myself spending the whole day working and not getting in any physical activity.  I am also guilty of going 5-6 hours without a meal, then gobbling down a fast food meal that I should have never ate!

I'm lucky, though.  My wife is a fitness instructor and a nutritionist.  So I have someone keeping me accountable when I let my work get in the way of my wellness.  You've heard the saying "if Mom's not happy, no one is happy."  Well, the same goes for realtors!  If you are not feeling good, feeling tired, stressed, overweight, etc. - how are you going to have happy clients?  You may not realize it, but your energy levels translates right back to your clients.  If you look run down, tired, stressed, overworked, unhealthy, overweight - what do you think that says to your cliets?

By eating well and getting regular exercise - you gain strength, energy, de-stress, sleep better, look younger, and studies even show your productivity is HIGHER (than those who don't eat well and exercise regularly).  So done with the excuse that you "don't have time" - and start making time - because in the end, if you make time for your health and wellness, you'll gain time for your business.

I recommend the Venice Nutrition program - it is perfect for Realtors as it is a nutrition program using "real" food, integrating the food you already love to eat, and even making recommendations for meals "on the go."  To learn more, visit www.VNCastleRock.com - or check out Mark Macdonald's NYTimes best seller, "Body Confidence."
