Real Estate first...crazies second. My broker said that today in response to our in-house lender's comments. We all chuckled and belly laughed. The comment was right on for the way our days can be sometimes.
We have those clients who mean well, are well qualified but test our strengths. Sometimes it is boundry establishment, sometimes it is education, sometimes we just need to scream. All the more reason to "interview" potential clients, just like they interview us.
Not every client is going to like my style or my communication methods. We have to ask, we have to figure out if this a good relationship so we can handle their real estate needs.
Some days we deal with the crazies and live another day to talk about it. Some days those crazies are really ok people.
