I am new to blogging but thought I would give it a go. Real estate in the Madison area has maintained it's value as compared to other areas that have seen "the bottom drop out". The national media reports the foreclosure rate and so forth and many people feels this is all encompassing. The market is bound to go through times like this and it will rebound. Rates are still extraordinary and it is still a good time to buy for the right price.
