On Sunday, August 4, 2013, Estero Bay Community Radio (EBCR) ~ 97.3 FM The Rock, will be participating at the Summer Street Fair , Morro Bay, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors will be treated to live entertainment, educational tips and guidance, plus a chance to win an iPad 3! Be sure to look out for the local favorites, “Panga w/ Nathan Zak & Jacob Peter” from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.,and “Green To White” from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pick up fitness tips from Greg Finch, certified personal trainer and owner of Studio Fitness in Morro Bay, and business advice from Jeff Eckles, principal and founder of Eckles Wealth Management Inc. You could also be a participant on “Speak Out” with Cyndee Edwards, owner of The Skin Stop, or consult with Michael Shaffran, licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with offices in Morro Bay, SLO and Paso Robles. Additional music will be provided by “All Good”, hosted by Youssef Alaoui, local writer and musician, while Jim Davis of“Festival After Dark” will report on “What’s Happening in Morro Bay”.
Tickets for the iPad are $5/each or $20 for a book of five tickets. The drawing will be conducted by Jamie Irons, mayor of Morro Bay @ 3:00 p.m. Visitors could also support the community radio by bidding on silent auction baskets that will be on hand on date of event.
