Well...I think she has been on a diet. She has not been singing much this year although there have been many chances.
There also seams to be a habit of waiting until the deal is almost ready to close to bring up problems.
I was thinking of fattening up my wife to hedge my bets, but she doesn't sing very well.
So for now, we will just keep on trying.
HA! That fat lady is driving me crazy. She is very fickle these days. I have a pile in the pipe line... and she better be rehearsing for a well earned song.
And although I love it, it better not be something like Danny Boy....
I went through a period like that last fall...I had several deals fall through. Even had cash buyers back out of one. This year I'm on track, though.

LOL...leave it to you to come up with an analogy like this.
But, good question.
Underwrites seem to enjoy waiting until the last second. I really like the ones that find a problem, want it fixed, find another problem, want it fixed....etc etc. Can't you review the whole file at once?
