Palm Valley Phase 5 Sales in July 2013
Wow, activity in Palm Valley Phase 5 has picked up over the past couple of months! From one house selling for over $300,000 in April 2013 to six houses selling for over $300,000 in July and another nine being for sale in that price range. Also, of the 14 houses that sold in April, only half of them were regular sales with the others being HUD, Lender Owned and a Short Sale. This past month, only one home was a short sale and all the rest were regular sales!
