A good coach for "newbie" real estate investors is terribly difficult to find, and of those that are found on the internet, it seems they all want megabucks. Even if they are good mentors, coaching really is not worth thousands of dollars.
Having developed "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" over 20 years ago, and having been an investor for over 40 years, I have decided to do something about it - to make high quality coaching affordable. At least to as many as I can comfortably handle without cramping my style.
To this end I have chosen to offer my services as an experienced investor and mentor to (50) SERIOUS players. I do not have time to waste with anyone who is not serious, and it would be a waste of their money to even try. And what I offer is not only incredibly inexpensive, but is unlike anything else being offered - it is dedicated coaching. None of this "I'll call you when I want to", or "We;; teleconference with you" (and a bunch of others at the same time). No sir - my students will have quality one-on-one time, dedicated only to them.
My "students" (I call them "Players") will be able to consult with me, personally, on my private cellphone. They may consult with me when they choose, based on their needs. They choose the day, and even the time of day. Each call is scheduled separately, so the day and time can change, to suit the needs of the player. Because phone time must be limited (40 minutes/month) due to time constraints, unlimited non-critical mentoring needs may be accomplished via email, at no additional charge.
