The Search Is Done?

young woman reveling at a partyMinnesotans must be closet party-ers because the Minne-apple is not the first place people think of when they think of revelry and fun.  Oooooooh, it's cold up there.  What do you do in the winter?  Watch TV?  Nope, that's not it at all!  We have fun outside!

St. Paul is in the midst of its Winter Carnival right now.  Let the festivities begin.  Well, they've already begun and one of the more sedate events is done and about to begin again.  The medallion has been found after only 3 published clues!  It's a record and a disappointment to die-hard medallion hunters.  Some have only arrived from out of state for the medallion hunt to hear their trip was in vain?  Never fear.  The St. Paul Pioneer Press has broken tradition by creating the first ever Medallion Hunt II!  You can read all about it at Real Estate Snippets

That's the spirit! Isn't it ironic when we here in California hit the upper forties and complain "Oh my gosh, it's like freezing out there, you know?"

The man we bought our house from was here for a week long visit.  He currently resides in Germany and kept complaining about how cold it was.  My goodness, it had only gotten into the teens.  We teased him all week about how thin his blood had gotten!

Maureen, I have not searched for the medallion.  I avidly read the clues and try to mentally figure it out, but the actual digging is done by someone else.

Carnival Medallion hunters are certifiable! I too enjoy deciphering the clues...and have never determined the location until the last clue, the one that leads you the thing.
