Teri, love the concept of the man cave and I am glad to see "soundproof" is first on the list!
Teri, this is a great post! I know I have said this many a time to buyers. The wife rolls her eyes back in her head, the husbands eyes start to get wider and you can smell the wood burning, LOL.
All great features for the man in our lives and out of them when they are in their cave. I myself have a 14x36 woman cave because I live and take care of my elderly Mom full time so I needed the sanctuary.
I don't often get requests for a home with a man cave, but if I do, I will check out your list.
OMG Teri this is a great post. So right on! Our next home must have a man cave - separate from the home! The bigger the screen and the louder the sound system the better to those guys. Why not give the what they want - man caves!
