Hidden Falls membership in the Home Owners Association is mandatory and comes with a $1,100 initiation fee. The membeship priveledges are plentiful but basic fees cover the following:
- Access to the fitness area and club house use (party reservations are extra)
- Swimming Pool Usage
- Tennis Courts (Lighted) Usage
- Landscaping (sidewalks) and Front Entrance
- Playground Upkeep
