In the past 30 days there have been 10 homes sell in Woods Cross. This number is down from the previous 30 days total of 18 homes selling. The median price of homes selling in the past 30 days is also a little lower than it had been in the previous 30 days. The good news is that the average sold price is up just over $4000. The median days on market also stayed the same.
