Where do you want to be in a year!

Success is not something that's easy. It takes a lot of hard work and can create a whole lot of stress. There is something satisfying knowing that you've made it though. Less than a year ago I began my career as a Realtor, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I had set a goal to do more than a million dollars, but had no real idea at the time of how to accomplish that. It was scary, and exhilarating all at once. You control your own destiny, but if you don't put in the time (which at the beginning could be 10-12 hours) then you don't reap the benefits! The key for me was to prioritize who was a possible client NOW, and who would be looking in the near future. Remember just because someone isn't buying now, doesn't mean that they will not be looking sometime in the future. Use what resources you have, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media can reach more people than an Newspaper ad. Do not discount these platforms, almost 60% percent of my listings, and sales came from posts on Facebook. Just think about the fact that you do have free platforms to get noticed, utilize these and you'll be well over a Million in under a year, just like me!
