With 6 months of market activity completed as of June 30th, the Naples Lakes real estate market is very alive and doing quite well. The month of June presented 8 closed sales, which matched the closed sales for April and May. Comparing year to date results with the same period in 2012, Naples Lakes closed sales have been 35 through June 30, 2013 vs. 22 in 2012 for a 59% increase. Looking at Closed Sales Volume, for the first 6 months of 2013, Naples Lakes has a sales volume of $11,171, 400 vs. the same period in 2012 of $7,798,550 for a 43% increase. Leading the way in closed sales is the Lake Barrington Condominiums with 14.

As of this writing, there are 30 Active Listings at Naples Lakes and 4 Pending Sales. Considering the number of sales to date, this represents just over a 5 month supply of inventory.

Golf at Naples Lakes Naples FL

The Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, originally built in 1999 and renovated in 2008 is a challenging 18 hole regulation course ranging from 5,073 to 6,804 yards. The fairways are Bermuda grass and the greens are Tifdwarf grass. The course incorporates natural surroundings and has peninsula tees, peninsula greens, an island green, several lakes and strategically placed sand bunkers. With 6 tee boxes, this course will challenge the skills of every level player. In addition, there is a massive Aqua Practice Range, 2 putting greens and chipping green with bunkers. The club offers several Men’s groups, Men’s day, Ladies groups, Ladies day, mixed groups, tournaments, club championships and charity events. There are PGA professionals on staff and lessons are available.
