IMO, I suggest you not use this photo for marketing yourself.
Check out the stats for single women buying property in the US.
But then again, you may want to steer away from overtly romantic ads, lest you get staked yourself!
You may want to try marketing yourself as a hands on Dad, committed to finding the right home in a school district meeting your clients criteria.
Photos of you and your daughter boxing would, I think, empower women to trust you with their Real Estate needs. Maybe showing up her old man in a TKO, with a clever caption?
