Are you looking for a fun excursion for the weekend? Just a short ride to the midcoast Maine community of Rockland for The 66th annual Maine Lobster 
Festival. There is something to do for everyone. There is great Music: David Cassidy (I think I love you reference), The Spin Doctors, The Mallet Brothers and The Preservation Jazz Band are some of the nightly acts. Don't miss the Parade, lobster crate races, 
exhibits and demonstrations and of course the Main Attraction: Homarus Americanus...LOBSTER! 10 tons to be precise! (They expect to serve 20,000 lbs. of lobster by Sunday!)
Sunday is Family Fun Day at The Maine Lobster Festival and admission is free for all ages. So load up the car, get to Rockland, Have a lot of fun, strap on a bib and chow down on some Maine Lobster...and don't forget the buttah!
