Volumes could be written on each of the four points, but this post is simply to outline the 4 steps and let you think about why they are so important to complete the sale:
1) Qualification
2) Rapport
3) Education/Information
4) Close
If you are not providing these 4 aspects to each transaction to each of your clients, they are probably not getting the experience and level of service they deserve. So ask yourself, "Where can I improve?" And then work at it and improve, evaluate, set new goals, and continue your growth and development as an agent.
BUSINESS TIP OF THE WEEK... Learn all you can about the people you want as clients. Check into their social networks and blogs. Then when you get together, you can offer them something meaningful and create immediate rapport. This supports step or "Stage" 2 of the selling process.
