Stuffing and stuffing. Feels like Thanksgiving, but it's not a turkey.

Mortgage and Lending with Bourdeau Financial

I've been stuffing envelopes till I'm blue in the face and pealing labels till my thumb aches, but whatever it takes to get the job done. Made up some flyers and bought a truck load of envelopes and then ran the copier until it got hot, pealed lables and stuck them on the envelopes . . . . You get the idea. Out of the first 750 to a 1000 flyers we sent out, so far, we've gotten one loan back. Was it worth it? That depends if the loan closes. We're doing all we can to make it work.

Then you get one of those loans that sounds great "from the get go" and after working on it for a couple of days you realize it's not a easy as it seemed. Glitch after glitch, but still working to make it happen. Not every client has a deal that works a smootly as butter, but with lots of effort, persistance, calouses on your ear-lobes, and long hours, FINALLY it goes through. Even with bad credit and other problems. But FINALLY . . . YEE HAW.

If hanging on for the long haul is what it takes, then that's what we'll do. If we look like the perverbial cat hanging on the screen door by our finger nails, then so be it. Sometimes it's not "Whatever!" It's, "WHATEVER IT TAKES." It's always too soon to quit. So, I'm stuffing envelopes until if feels like Thanksgiving, but it's not a turkey. It's just a flyer that carries information to a potential client and, hopefully, a response of someone who is glad to learn that there's someone out there who can help them acquire their DREAM HOUSE, or fix the financial issue before it turns their life up-side-down. We'll hang in there for the long haul! We'll fight until we win! If you're a potential buyer or need to refinance, trust me. There's a light at the end of the tunnel and it's not a train . . . . It's Bourdeau Financial working to get your mortgage closed. Give us a call.
