USA Choice Realty’s ability to negotiate the absolute lowest price possible the Investor Member will “Actually make money on an investment property when they buy it.” Investors make money on their properties as soon as they buy them because USA Choice Realty secures a valuable, lower than Market Value asset from which the Investor Member can quickly begin earning income. We will provide a detailed renovation contract that the Investor agrees to before the purchase contract is even signed. Assuring that if the property needs to be sold for some reason the Investor Member will still make a profit on the Investment Property.
USA Choice Realty makes sure our Investor Members are aware of what is going on at every stage of the process. Prior to signing the purchase agreement, Investor Member will be presented with all of the costs involved along with the ROI Summary. Our extensive summary will show the Investor Member exactly what they are purchasing with no detail left out. All the expenses and the ROI Summary will be emailed to the Investor along with a rehab contract and property management agreement. We are usually able to secure an Investment property and have it purchased, rehabbed and rented out within a period of 60 to 90 days.
