Lafayette Home Sales Report For July 2013The Lafayette home sales report for July 2013 reflects the strong market throughout the East Bay that is likely to continue through the end of summer.  Of the 27 homes that closed escrow in July (down from 47 in June), 22 were on the market 30 days or less and only three were on the market longer than 60 days.  There are currently 42 homes in escrow.
