Corinne Guest took my SEO Extreme Boot Camp years ago. She is one of those rare people that actually takes a class and then follows the instructions:). But you can too. Just make up your mind to do it. Then we worked together in private coaching.Corinne wanted to switch this year to becoming a listing agent after being a very successful buyers agent in her niche markets. So we went to work to discover what the highest and best commercial intent keywords would be that sellers would be looking up on the internet. But this keyword phrase would have to be one that she could dominate so that means we had to be under the radar of the "big 4".
Well, it did not take long for Corinne Guest to dominate on page one! It only took us less than one month to dominate page one. But the traffic was slow. This is usually where agents start to give up. But not Corinne. She gets it. She knows that first comes domination of the SERPS and then comes the traffic, slowly. She will never have the same kind of traffic that you get for general keywords. But then, who wants to sift through hundreds of leads when you can have that one or two phone calls for high end real estate listings?
Now here is a disclaimer about Corinne. She is one smart lady. She also knows how to build her own websites, knows html and css and php. So she can easily follow the instructions and does not have to wait for webmasters, etc to implement some of the best practices. But whether you are a DIYer or you hire the work out- you can do this too.

The best part about this kind of listing is that the sellers don't even interview other agents. They found her online, they see that she totally rocks it online by outright domination of page one and so, what else is there to question???? It is a no brainer to hire her. If she can do this for her company how much more can she do for the sellers???
