Mountaintop

I just returned from Atlanta Ga and the Keller Williams national convention.  It is always encouraging to hear agents from across the country talk about their challenges and triumphs.  We all face the same obstacles from a business standpoint.  It ruly comes down to our own personal approach as to what level of success we will obtain.  Since we just returned, I am still a bit euphoric from the mountaintop experience events like this can be for us.  The real test is how do we structure our business to take advantage of our strengths and the shifting market.  All of the speculation and theories about where real estate will go from here are distractions in my opinion.  Just read projections from 'experts' over the past couple of years and you will find many that were wrong and a few that warned of the change to come.
