National Night Out is tomorrow night, August 6, 2013. Show support of your community and Police Department by leaving on your porch light. Hopefully your community is doing something in effort to celebrate this night. If not, and you are close to the Peoria Arizona area, you can attend the National Night Out celebration with them.
The Peoria Police Department and local Peoria Target stores ask you to join them from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm to meet and interact with officers. Families can get a look at SWAT robots, police motorcycles and the bicycle unit. There will be information on keeping your home and family safe too. You may also want to take advantage of talking one-on-one with local law enforcement about your neighborhood.
There are three Target stores participating in the National Night Out event: 9350 W Northern Avenue, 8055 W Bell Road and 24890 N Lake Pleasant Parkway. Take some time out with your family to promote community involvement and crime prevention in your area. Show a sense of community and support your local law enforcement at this event for the entire family.
