#1. Call our office or apply online through our website at www.SummitLender.com
#2. We'll check your credit and figure out just how much of a house you can afford.
#3. Then we'll double check your Certificate of Eligibility for you.
#4. Finally, we'll issue you a pre-approval letter and you'll be off and running! This step is very important as most Real Estate Agents will require that you have a pre-approval letter before they start showing you homes.
