Fundraiser for KVPAC at Alamo Drafthouse

Katy Visual & Performing Arts Center (KVPAC) will hold a fundraiser on Wednesday August 14, 2013 at the Alamo Drafthouse on Mason Road in Katy. The movie Labyrinth made in the 1986 will be shown starting at 5 PM. Some folks call Labyrinth one of the coolest movies of the 1980’s decade.

Tickets for this fundraiser will be $7.00. Alamo Drafthouse is located at 531 S. Mason Road, Katy 77450 with phone being 281-398-5454.

This fantasy film was directed by Jim Henson and stars David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly. I have to say I personally have never seen this movie but it might be interesting with David Bowie as the star.

Here is an inexpensive way to get out of the heat and support local arts programs in Katy.
