Hi Jean: Timely post....There's a lot going on in Winchester lately. Your stat that jumped out at me are the pending sales. New values perhaps a little lower than higher will be available when these close. Lines are drawn a little hazy between Murrieta/Winchester, especially the school boundaries. I viewed many of the new homes there this weekend with clients. KB just opened up Roripough Ranch, which will have Standard Pacific and Van Daele hosting grand openings in the next several months.
