Trail Side is a neighborhood on the border of Arvada and Westminster in Colorado.  This are is unique because it features both single family homes and town homes within the same community.

The single family homes in Trail Side were built in the late 1970s to the early 1980s and are contemporary, ranch and bi level in style.  These homes range in size from just over 900 square feet to just over 1,600 square feet, 2 to 5 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms and price from the mid 100s to the high 200s.

Trail Side town homes are 2 story contemporary units that were built in the mid 1980s, have 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and have an average of 1,650 square feet.  These town homes range in price from the mid 100s to the low 200s.  Trail Side townhomes have a community pool, tennis courts and clubhouse .

The Trail Side neighborhood is located with in the Jefferson County School District and specific public schools for the area include Weber Elementary, Moore Middle, and Pomona High. 

This community is close to a wide variety of grocery stores, restaurants and specialty stores.  The neighborhood sits just a few blocks away from Stanly Lake, and even has a trail leading though the neighborhood to the lake.  Trail side also has a park in the center of the neighborhood spanning several blocks in all directions. Trailside Park has baseball fields and soccer fields, a picnic pavilion and a large new playground.

Because the neighborhood sits in between Kipling St and Wadsworth Blvd, it has easy access to I-25, I-70 and Highway 36.  This community is only about a 25 minute drive from Boulder, Downtown Denver and the foothills.
