This looks like an established neighborhood in Warner Robins. It appears to be quite affordable too - Anita Clark is the area expert on all things real estate. Since there are no homes for sale right now, buyers would be wise to have you keep an eye out for them. Or, if someone is thinking of selling in Julie Hills - now's the time.

That is very true Ginny.  Buyers become owners and homestead in the Julie Hills Subdivision.

Larry/Sheila: You are right, not a lot of repetition in this community.

Debb: I am well equipped to help both buyers and sellers in this neighborhood.

Clint: No one is moving from this community.  That says a lot.

Rob: I do as well.  Plenty of shade and privacy.

Joan: Around 400ish and I still have a ways to go.  Some will need to be refreshed as the photos, SEO, and content can be updated.

BLiz: It sure seems that way.  Lots of photos and videos and plenty of miles on the tires too.
