• 17 closed sales ranging in price $560,000 to $775,000

• San Ramon Condo Sales Activity

• 20 new listings ranging in price $235,000 to $7399,000
• 15 received contracts priced between $285,000 to $699,000
• 12 closed sales ranging in price from $755,000 to $442,000

San Ramon Condo & Town Home Sales for July 2013 compared to 2012

As noted by the above numbers condos sales are up almost 50% over 2012 and townhome sales are up 10% for the same time period.

Currently there are  18 condos in San Ramon for Sale priced from $183,000 to $734,000 and 21 San Ramon Town Homes priced from $350,000 to $749,000.
