The good news is you could still buy something under $300,000! 88 Laurie Meadows Drive #1 in San Mateo provided the most affordable property, a short sale, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium, complete with current lessee.
And if you were prepared to buy on the other end of the spectrum, 1 Stern Lane in Atherton sold for $12,125,000. The 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom, 12,089 square foot estate home came on the market priced at $14,950,000 in April.
Whether you're looking at the entry level, the high end of the market or somewhere in between, August promises to bring a continuing variety of homes in some of the most sought after cities in the state.
