The Next Wave of Buyers that Needs a Trusted Advisor!

The National Association of Realtors recently came out with the stat that 41% of the current buying market was born in between the years 1946-1964. Now it's does not take a genius to realize that 41% of our current buying market are now the baby boomers. They are moving for numerous reasons, for example, selling the family home, moving closer to kids, buying a winter home in a warmer climate, (that's for all you Minnesotans out there), and many other reason. The point is, they are making a move!

Now this demographic has been around the block a few times. They are not looking for someone to "capture" them as a prospect, or do a a quick sale! What these folks are looking for is an honest, trusted advisor. Someone that has the resources to help in every aspect of moving, relocating, downsizing and every other issue that comes along the way.

You can't pass up the opportunity to help 41% of the buyers/seller out there!

Good article Joey.  It is important to recognize your target market and to know what they are looking for and how to relate to them.
