What's your PLAN "B"? I may do Stand-Up Comedy!

I am into my 5th month of writing and performing Stand Up Comedy.  I find it to be a refreshing change from the daily life of a Title Insurance agent.  My aspiration is to become a speaker at conventions for Title, Real Estate, Mortgage, Staging and Appraisal.  Although the material you'll watch (PLEASE) has nothing to do with Real Estate, I am writing material for that everyday.  Helium night club is not the venue for me to perform Real Estate related bits.  Enjoy and leave me a comment, Thanks in advance,

Dear Glenn,

You have such diverse interests! Do you know about the National Storytelling Network? If not, when I see you in August, I will give you the information. That is a place to really leearn a lot about being in front of others.

In Atlanta, the Regional group, SOS (or Southern Order of Storytellers) is divided up into "clusters" all over the various cities. The Busckhead Cluster meets at our home every 3rd Tuesday of the month and the members get to practice whatever material they are working on at the moment.

I bet there is a "Mid-Atlantic" regional group near you ...

Glenn:  Glad to see that the "Plan B" career is going so well!  I can't even begin to imagine doing anything like this.  And I"m thinking that most people don't think Mortgage lenders are very funny either.  Guess I'll have to come up with another "Plan B" other than comedy.

You are an absolute natural in this Plan B career-you could definitely do conventions - stand up is so much fun-my son is a member of The Upright Citizen's Brigade which is improv theater and I think both are equally hard.  Great video Glenn!

Anna, I have been trying for 2 years to get 1 deal by making people laugh every day, so far I am zero for 782 days, but I'm a patient man, LOL.  As always ANNA, your the best!

Gene, Gibe me your best mortgage rant, send it to me privatly and I'll make it into a bit.  Mortgage pain is funny, not being approved with an 800 credit score and 250,000.00 in income because my neighbors sold their home at foreclosure which decimated my value by 20% is COMEDY, being told I can't possible lower your rate from 5 to 3, you don't qualify to pay the mortgage company 1100.00 less, how will you afford it?  There is some beginning points, you write it, I'll perform it.
